How to: view the history of a processing activity

  1. Go Privacy Management > Record of Processing Activities.
  2. Click on the processing to open it.
  3. Click on the clock that turns backwards.
  4. You now see the history of the data subject request.
  5. Click on the preview or download button of version you want to view.
