Getting started: how can I upload employees

Creating a privacy and security culture within your organization is fundamental! Upload your employees to enrol them in a training, target them in a phishing campaign or to easily collaborate with them.

Employee Management

  1. Go Configuration > User Management
  2. In the user management view, you will get an overview of all the users including employees.
  3. Uploading new employees can happen in two ways: adding an individual employee or adding multiple employees at once.

Adding an individual employee

  1. Click ‘Add user’
  2. Fill out all the mandatory fields:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email
    • Department
    • Language
    • Phone number (only necessary when used as a target in sms-phishing)
  3. Select the user role ‘Employee’
  4. Click ‘save’.
  5. The employee will be listed in the user overview and receive an invite to set-up their account and can be enrolled in a training or used as a target in the Awareness Module.

Adding multiple employees

  1. Click ‘Upload Items’
  1. Click ‘Download template’
  2. Download the template with example data of how to upload new employees.
  3. Open the template.
  4. Fill out all the mandatory fields:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email
    • Department
    • Language
    • Phone number (only necessary when used as a target in sms-phishing)
    • Activate account?: FALSE
    • Archive account?: FALSE
  5. Select the user role ‘Employee’ in the Role/License field.
  6. Save the file as a xls, xlsx or csv filetype.
  7. Upload the file by dropping it in the upload field or by browsing your computer.
  8. Click ‘Submit file’
  9. The employees will be listed in the user overview and can be enrolled in a training or used as a target in the Awareness Module.
