How to: perform a data protection principles check

The Data protection principles check will evaluate if the target of evaluation complies with the principles of the GDPR.

1. Go > Privacy Management > Data Protection by Design > Data Protection Principle Check.
2. Click ‘Add new ‘Data Protection Principle Check’.
3. Select the target of evolution from the list.
4. Create a review interval by entering a review interval number and selecting a review interval period (day/week/month/ day(s)/week(s)/month(s)).
5. Fill out the questions on the GDPR principles by selecting an answer from the lists and by providing more details in the ‘Description’ field.
6. Click ‘Save’.
