How to: perform a Data Protection by Design Assessments

1. Go > Privacy Management > Data Protection by Design > Data Protection by Design Assessment.
2. Click ‘Add new DPbD assessment’

Select TOE

1. Select the Related Target of Evaluation from the ‘Related Target of Evaluation’ list.
2. Select the Project responsible from the ‘Project responsible’ list.
3. Select the People that are involved in the project  from the ‘People involved list’.
4. Fill out the ‘Description ’ field.
5. Provide the specific methodology used methodology for DPBD integration .
6. Create a review interval by entering a review interval number and selecting a review interval period (day/week/month/ day(s)/week(s)/month(s)).
7. Click ‘Next’ to save and go to the next step or click ‘Save’ to save the flow and go out of the assessment.

Training

1. Fill out the questions related to the ‘Training’ topic, by ticking the applicable checkbox and providing more information into the ‘Description’ field.
2. Click ‘Next’ to save and go to the next step or click ‘Save’ to save the flow and go out of the assessment.

Requirements

1. Fill out the questions related to the ‘Requirements’ topic, by ticking the applicable checkbox and providing more information into the ‘Description’ field.
2. Click ‘Next’ to save and go to the next step or click ‘Save’ to save the flow and go out of the assessment.

Design

1. Fill out the questions related to the ‘Design’ topic, by ticking the applicable checkbox and providing more information into the ‘Description’ field.
2. Click ‘Next’ to save and go to the next step or click ‘Save’ to save the flow and go out of the assessment.

Coding

1. Fill out the questions related to the ‘Coding’ topic, by ticking the applicable checkbox and providing more information into the ‘Description’ field.
2. Click ‘Next’ to save and go to the next step or click ‘Save’ to save the flow and go out of the assessment.

Testing

1. Fill out the questions related to the ‘Testing’ topic, by ticking the applicable checkbox and providing more information into the ‘Description’ field.
2. Click ‘Next’ to save and go to the next step or click ‘Save’ to save the flow and go out of the assessment.

Release
