It is easy to export the data of the entire tenant. Depending on the size of the data implemented in RESPONSUM, this may take a while. Therefore we made asynchronous download possible. You continue working while RESPONSUM prepares the download. When it is ready, you’ll get notified. Here is how you can make an export of your data:
- Navigate to “Configuration” > “Export”
- Click on the button “Export tenant data”
- You’ll receive the following message:
- Click on the alarm bell (upper right corner) followed by “Your download is ready!”.
