Getting started: How to set-up the company profile

To get the most out of RESPONSUM, the company structure needs great attention when setting-up!

1. Go > My Organization > Company Structure > Profile.
2. Click ‘Edit organization details’.

Fill out the general organization information.

1. Enter the company name in the ‘Company Name’ field.
2. Provide the email of the contact person, by filling out the ‘Email’ field.
3. Enter Company Number (VAT Number) , in the Company Number field.
4. Provide the country where your organization is active.

Contact Details

1. Provide your invoicing address.
2. Click ‘Save’.
