Getting started: How to set-up company departments

To get the most out of RESPONSUM, the company structure needs great attention when setting-up!

1. Go > My Organization > Organization Structure > Departments.

Create Departments

• Click ‘+ Add a new department’.
• Enter the name of the department.
• Click ‘Save’.

Delete departments

1. Click on the down arrow next to edit, select delete.
