Getting started: How to set-up company offices

To get the most out of RESPONSUM, the company structure needs great attention when setting-up!

  1. Go > My Organization > Organization Structure > Offices.

General Details

  1. Click ‘+ Add a new office’.
  2. Provide the office name in the ‘Office’ field.
  3. Select the responsible user from the user list.
  4. Provide the address.
  5. Enter additional details in the details field.
  6. Click ‘Save’.

Linking Departments

  1. Ensure departments are created in the ‘departments’ submodule.
  2. Click the ‘+’ sign. (see picture below)
  3. Select the applicable departments by ticking the box(es).
  4. Click ‘Add department’.
