Getting started: How to set-up functions

To get the most out of RESPONSUM, the organization structure needs great attention when setting-up! A function is a role within the organization that you can reference in other parts of RESPONSUM, like the Register.

Manage functions

  1. Go > My Organization > Organization Structure > Functions.

Create functions

  1. Click ‘Add new Function’.
  2. Provide the name of the function, click ‘save’.

Delete functions

  1. Click on the down arrow next to edit, select ‘delete’.
