How to: share an assessment

The assessment can be shared with users and external stakeholders eg. a vendor. The user or stakeholder who receives the assessment can fill out the assessment and make a submission.

External Stakeholder

1. Go to the assessment overview.
2. Click on the ‘Share’ button of the assessment you want to share.
3. To share the assessment with external stakeholders, you can invite them by email or get the link and share it yourself via another channel.
4. The external stakeholder can use the link and access code to access the assessment in a portal.
5. The external stakeholder can fill out the assessment and make a submission.
6. After submission the assessment creator can see the submitted answers.

Users

1. Go to the assessment overview.
2. Click on the ‘Share’ button of the assessment you want to share.
3. Click invite RESPONSUM User.
4. Select the user you want to share the assessment with.
5. The selected user will receive a task to fill out the assessment.
6. The selected user can fill out the assessment and make a submission.
7. After submission the assessment creator can see the submitted answers.

After submission the creator will receive the a notification and can review the assessment.
