How to: manage the data subject rights checklist

How To
  1. Go Privacy Management > Data Subject Rights.

Creating a checklist step

  1. Click on the ‘+’ in the right upper corner.
  2. Select a step from the list or click ‘Create new checklist type’.
  3. Enter a name to the checklist type.
  4. Enter the number of days the step takes.
  5. Click ‘Save’.

Assigning a checklist step

  1. Click on the step.
  2. Select a user from the ‘Assigned to’ list.
  3. Select a deadline by selecting a date in the box.
  4. Provide more details in the ‘Description’ field.
  5. Click ‘Save’.

Repeat the creation of a step and the assigning until you have a full checklist.

Follow the completion

  1. Click on a step.
  2. Tick the checkbox next to ‘Completed’.
  3. Enter a date by selecting a date in the box.
  4. Click ‘Save’.

How to change the order of the steps

  1. Click on a step.
  2. Click on the list next to save.
  3. Change the number to change the order of the checklist.
  4. Click ‘Save’.
