- Go Privacy Management > Data Subject Rights.
Creating a checklist step
- Click on the ‘+’ in the right upper corner.
- Select a step from the list or click ‘Create new checklist type’.
- Enter a name to the checklist type.
- Enter the number of days the step takes.
- Click ‘Save’.
Assigning a checklist step
- Click on the step.
- Select a user from the ‘Assigned to’ list.
- Select a deadline by selecting a date in the box.
- Provide more details in the ‘Description’ field.
- Click ‘Save’.
Repeat the creation of a step and the assigning until you have a full checklist.
Follow the completion
- Click on a step.
- Tick the checkbox next to ‘Completed’.
- Enter a date by selecting a date in the box.
- Click ‘Save’.
How to change the order of the steps
- Click on a step.
- Click on the list next to save.
- Change the number to change the order of the checklist.
- Click ‘Save’.
