How to: manage legal obligations

How To
  1. Go Privacy Management > Legal Management.
  2. Click ‘Legal Obligation Management’.
  1. Click ‘Add new legal obligation’.
  2. Select the applicable processing activity.
  3. Select the legislation from the list or create a new legislation, as mentioned below.
  4. Specify the article.
  5. Create a review interval by entering a review interval number and selecting a review interval period (day/week/month/ day(s)/week(s)/month(s)).
  6. Click ‘Save’.

Add a legislation

  1. Provide a name by filling out the ‘Name’ field.
  2. Enter the latest consolidated version, by selecting a date in the box.
  3. Enter the Date of enforcement, by selecting a date in the box.
  4. Enter the Involved authority .
  5. Enter the Authentic source reference.
  6. 5.    Enter Relevant links .
  7. Click ‘Save’.
