Release Notes v 1.13.0

General:

  • General improvements and fixes to make RESPONSUM more stable
  • Branding options: Brand RESPONSUM communication and the employee portal to your organisation. Choose two brand colors and set your own logo in “My Organization”
  • Filters on Tags: On overview pages in RESPONSUM you now have the option to filter on tags set for the item.
  • Template Library: Choose from sets of RESPONSUM defined templates or create your own items. The template libraries in RESPONSUM sub-modules hide the default RESPONSUM templates from your environment overview until you add them, making for less unused data in your environment.
  • Task owner can delete tasks: Task owners now have the option to delete their task again.
  • Summary notification: Ability for a User/Power User to enable a Summary Notification/Email that shows all assigned Tasks and Notification over a period that is settable by the User.
  • Bulk Actions: All overview pages in RESPONSUM have been provided with Bulk actions. The user can select a set of items on the overview page and choose from various options of actions to conduct on the selected items.

Awareness:

  • Learning:
    • Send reminders to employees: Send reminders to employees that have not yet completed courses they are enrolled in. This is a bulk action that provides an email communication to all employees with outstanding courses.

Privacy Management:

  • Register: 
    • Set values back to empty: When a value is selected, the user now has the ability to set the value of a field back to an empty value. (In case the field was wrongfully/by accident filled out.

Configuration:

  • Users (User management):
    • Username is deprecated: Username for a user can no longer be set. The unique key for a user will now become the Email address. 
    • User can be selected on First Name and Last Name: Throughout RESPONSUM Users can now be selected based on First Name and Last Name, no longer on Username.
