Troubleshoot: why is my import not working

RESPONSUM allows you to easily upload assets in bulk: processes, stakeholders, hardware, software, IT(cloud)Services,… via our template. What if the import is not working?

Possible cause: you have not filled out all the required fields correctly.

Solution:

  1. Check if all required ‘*’ fields are filled out.
  2. Check if you selected an assets from the list if a drop down is available.
  3. The import is case sensitive, if for example the list states: ‘Europe’, ‘europe’ won’t work!

Possible cause: you have changed the template format.

Solution:

  1. Download the template again and ensure all fields are still in the same format.
