Troubleshoot: why can’t I see a module

  1. Being able to see all modules is a setting in the configuration.
  2. Request your admin to go to Configuration > Users and to toggle ‘View’ and/or ‘Manage’ button, next to the module, on.
  3. If you are the admin and you can’t see a module that is included in your subscription, contact support@responsum.eu.
