A minor update of RESPONSUM including:
- Bug fixes and general improvements
- User Management:
- Light user permissions are updated to take into account both Offices AND Departments instead of Offices OR Departments (like before)
- Item filtering for light users will now take into account appointed Offices AND Departments to a user and item.
